At Maraseel®, every order is carefully prepared before it begins its journey to you. Here is everything you need to know about shipping, pickup, and delivery.


Shipping at a Glance

  • ✔ Art prints: free shipping on every U.S. order, any size, any quantity.
  • ✔ Greeting cards: free U.S. shipping on card orders of $25 or more. Card orders under $25 ship for a flat $4.50.
  • ✔ Card sets: always ship free in the U.S.
  • ✔ Local pickup in Dearborn: always free.
  • ✔ Local delivery to Dearborn and Dearborn Heights: $5.

Your shipping options and final shipping cost are always shown at checkout before you pay. Faster shipping options may also be available at checkout.


Shipping Times

  • ✔ United States: 1–7 business days, depending on the shipping option selected.
  • ✔ International: 1–3 weeks by post, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email.

Please note that shipping times begin after your order has been processed and fulfilled. Processing times may be longer during holidays, product launches, or periods of unusually high order volume.


Processing Times

Greeting Cards

✔ In-stock cards are processed and shipped promptly.

If a greeting card is temporarily out of stock, please allow an additional 3–4 business days for processing before shipment.

Art Prints

If an art print is out of stock, please allow approximately 7 business days for it to arrive at our facility before your order is processed and shipped.


Shipping Within the United States

Art Prints

Every art print ships free within the U.S., including our custom city and village prints. There is no minimum order.

Every print is packed to arrive safely: 8x10 prints travel in a standard mailer, 11x14 prints in a legal-size mailer, and 16x20 and 18x24 prints travel rolled in a sturdy corrugated box.

Greeting Cards and Other Items

Orders of greeting cards and other non-print items ship free when they total $25 or more. If they total less than $25, shipping is a flat $4.50.

Card sets are always free to ship.

Delivery estimates provided by the carrier are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.

Art Prints

  • ✔ Canada: $14.99 per order.
  • ✔ United Arab Emirates and United Kingdom: $19.99 per order.
  • ✔ All other countries: $24.99 per order.
  • ✔ Free international shipping on orders of $110 or more.

Greeting Cards and Other Items

International shipping for cards and other items is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order. If your order includes both prints and cards, the shipping for each is added together at checkout.

United Arab Emirates: please include your emirate, P.O. box and mobile number so the post office can deliver your order.

Postal services to some countries can pause at short notice. If that affects your order, we will contact you before it ships.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier, and customs processing.


Local Pickup

Free local pickup in Dearborn, Michigan is available for all orders.

There is no minimum purchase requirement. Just choose Pickup at checkout.

Once your order is ready, you will receive pickup instructions by email. Please bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order.


Local Delivery

We deliver locally to Dearborn and Dearborn Heights for $5. If your address is in our delivery area, you will see Local Delivery as an option at checkout.


Carrier Responsibility

Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery becomes the responsibility of the carrier.

While we work with trusted shipping partners, Maraseel® is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from:

  • Carrier delays
  • Severe weather or other unforeseen events
  • Customs processing delays
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
  • Packages marked as Delivered by the carrier but reported missing

If you experience a shipping issue, please contact us at info@maraseelcards.com. We are happy to assist you in working with the carrier and filing a claim when applicable.


Order Changes & Address Corrections

We begin preparing orders as quickly as possible.

If you need to change, cancel, or update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@maraseelcards.com.

Although we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun or your order has shipped.

Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect address entered during checkout are the responsibility of the customer.
