The story behind this print
Akkar
Akkar rises quietly above the noise, a region where mountains meet forests, valleys open wide, and nature still feels untouched. This art print was inspired by a photograph taken by Ali Tradieh from the top of an Akkar mountain during a foggy afternoon at sunset, when the sky softened and the land seemed to disappear into cloud. Known for its sweeping landscapes, ancient cedar and pine forests, hidden rivers, fertile plains, and some of Lebanon’s most breathtaking wilderness, Akkar carries a beauty that feels humble and vast at once. This piece preserves that rare feeling of standing above it all, where silence, mist, and golden light remind you how grand Lebanon can be.
